Meet Our Board Member

We love our board members!

Chris Pendleton has over 20 years of educational experience in the states of Oregon and Washington as a high school and community college teacher. He has worked in both the business and computer science departments for local colleges and was charged to build several web computer classes. As a high school teacher, he taught word processing, Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, marketing, Introduction to Business, Accounting, Recordkeeping, Business Law and Ethics, Personal Finance, Video Editing, HTML, Computer Graphics, and a senior Careers class.

He has served on many committees in and out of the school for education and community service organizations. Some organizations he has served on include Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), March of Dimes, Relay for Life, Grants Pass Non-Profit Collation, and Josephine County Foundation.

Chris also has served on four boards: Josephine County Foundation, the FBLA National Board of Advisors, the FBLA Oregon State Board of Advisors, and the First Community Credit Union Board. The first three boards focus on the growth of the organization and the growth of students’ knowledge and wellbeing.

He graduated from Southern Oregon University and holds a Master’s in Business Education from Southern Oregon University.
