Saving Lives on the River
The ribbon-cutting ceremony at Schroeder Park marked the highlight of a two-year project to help save kid’s lives in the river. NBC 5 News was there to interview Katherine Haley, and her proud mom, Teresa, who shared what this project was all about and present the new life jacket stations.
